Everything started when Joseph and Francesco discussed their work experiences and the potential to apply their skills not just as sales agents, but as technical experts in construction and architectural engineering.

You may have set your heart on a particular region of Italy and we can show you properties that meet your requirements. Having lived and worked in both France and Italy, we know the various regions personally and have direct contact with local architects and building company in case you wish to do some renovation work. For us its important to conduct detailed consultations to understand clients’ preferences, budgets, and long-term goals.

Our mission after this initial discussion, we will get to work as your buying property. We will scout the market in the region(s) you have selected, using our extensive network of contacts.

After you have selected a property, our legal team will conduct all the necessary background checks on the house. We will get the property professionally surveyed for any structural problems, check for any historical issues such as debts, visit it by day and in the evening for potential problem. Therefore we gather all necessary information about the property and market conditions before negotiating.

Francesco

An Italian engineer born in Puglia, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy, has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate sector across Europe.

Moved to the French Riviera in 2013, he was attracted to this part of the world by the climate and quality of life after years spent near Venice.

He worked in engineering and architectural offices in Arezzo(Toscana) and Treviso(Veneto).

Francesco has worked in Italy on prestigious hotel construction projects in Veneto and Sicily. While in France, he has managed construction sites not only for luxury villas between Cannes and Saint Tropez but also for international brands such as Giorgio Armani, Diane von Furstenberg, and Brooks Brothers, to name a few examples.

Francesco is responsible for property finder researching and evaluating real estate according to the client’s needs and for best evaluating the work to be carried out using his technical skills. Having worked in luxury and having contacts with the most important suppliers of raw materials for construction, he created a project dedicated to his clients.

For Francesco, problem solving, teamwork with clients and organizing and planning the work in relation to the set objectives are important.

Joseph

Joseph is CEO of agency frenceitalyproperty. He has amassed decades of experience in the real estate industry and he is the owner of a construction company with experience throughout France.
 
His strong passion and determination have quickly propelled him to the position of owner at Paris Agency, where he leads a skilled team of technical and project manager.
 
His extensive knowledge and experience in the sector have enabled him to specialize in the property finder service, offering tailored assistance to those seeking to purchase prestigious properties.
